Personal visits, phone calls, Skype calls, Net Conferences, email marketing are few ways to be used for selling our products. BDMs will go through 3 months probationary period.During probation you will be given very realistic monthly targets as we believe in practical business approaches.During first 3 months (probation) Job carries no fixed salary and remuneration will be based entirely on the results you produce i.e., sales. On successful completion of probation employment status will be confirmed and fixed salary will be negotiated. |
